When is my order validated?

The order is validated once our banking partner has accepted your credit card payment. Our partner collection point reserves the right to ask for proof of identity in the name of the payment method.

Delivery times

All products on our site can be delivered within an average of 48 working hours; only products included in a quotation request may have a longer delivery time.

Do you need advice?

Tempolistel® has a team of specialists at your disposal from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, to advise you or draw up customized quotations.
